1. Donation Refunds

Kalinga Yuva Sena Trust relies entirely on the generosity of donors to execute its rescue operations, gaushala management, and community services. As donations are applied directly and immediately to charitable causes, all donations are generally considered final and non-refundable.

2. Erroneous Transactions

In the rare event of an erroneous or duplicate transaction (e.g., your card was charged twice for a single intended donation), you must notify us within 7 working days. We will investigate the issue with our payment gateway partner and initiate a refund for the duplicate amount back to the original payment method if confirmed.

3. Recurring Subscriptions

If you have set up a recurring monthly donation, you may cancel it at any time by contacting our support team or managing your preferences directly through the payment gateway portal. Cancellations will apply to future transactions, but past processed donations cannot be refunded.
